Veronica Villa is an Italian and European trademark attorney admitted to practice before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office, the EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office) and WIPO in Geneva (World Intellectual Property Organization). She qualified as a Trademark Attorney in 2013 and as a lawyer in 2014.
Veronica graduated in law from the University of Turin.

After obtaining her M.Sc. in law from the University of Turin in 2010, Veronica Villa began her career in the field of industrial property. She completed the required traineeship to qualify as a Trademark Attorney and as a lawyer. Before joining the Firm in 2022, she practised in a Turin-based law firm specialising in intellectual property matters, where she handled both judicial and administrative proceedings.
Veronica assists Italian and foreign clients and provides advising clients in matters of industrial property, with particular reference to the law of trademarks and distinctive signs, designs, domain names, copyright and unfair competition, as well as agreements relating to industrial property rights.
Her activity includes preliminary availability assessments, the study and development of filing strategies, and the filing, prosecution and maintenance of rights before the competent Offices in Italy and abroad.
Veronica also deals with the management of administrative litigation before the UIBM and the EUIPO and with the out-of-court resolution of disputes in matters of industrial.
Veronica Villa has gained experience in the main areas of industrial property.
Her areas of expertise include:
• legal advice, out-of-court assistance and contractual matters regulated by the Industrial Property Code;
• the filing, prosecution and maintenance of rights before the competent Offices in Italy and abroad;
• the representation of clients in opposition, revocation and nullity proceedings before the UIBM and the EUIPO.
