Tassilo Meindl is an Italian and European patent attorney admitted to practice before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office, the European Patent Office and the European Union Intellectual Property Office.
He is also admitted to practice before the Unified Patent Court as a European Patent Litigator.
Tassilo graduated in Electronic Engineering and Communication Technologies from the Technical University of Munich, obtained an LL.M. in Intellectual Property from the University of Turin and a PhD in Electronic and Communication Engineering from the Politecnico di Torino (Technical University of Turin).

After graduating in Electronic Engineering and Communication Technologies from the Technical University of Munich in 2003, Tassilo Meindl continued his education in Italy, obtaining an LL.M. in Intellectual Property from the University of Turin and a PhD in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Politecnico di Torino.
He began collaborating with the Firm in 2004, during his PhD, and since then has worked in the field of industrial property.
He assists Italian and foreign clients in the protection of inventions and has gained significant experience in the drafting and prosecution of Italian, European and international patent applications, in opposition and appeal proceedings before the European Patent Office and in technical support in patent disputes.
He has also gained experience internationally through periods of on-site collaboration with US firms specializing in intellectual property.
He is a member of the Online Communications Committee (OCC) of the Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office.
His activity comprises advising clients in matters of industrial property, with particular reference to the drafting, filing and prosecution of Italian, European and international patent applications, as well as the strategic management of patent portfolios.
He assists Italian and foreign clients in handling patent-related issues, in proceedings before national and international industrial property offices, in oppositions and appeals before the European Patent Office and in technical expertise and litigation activities in patent matters.
