Stefano Frontoni is an Italian and European patent attorney admitted to practice before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office, the European Patent Office and the European Union Intellectual Property Office.

He is also admitted to practice before the Unified Patent Court as a European Patent Litigator. Stefano graduated in mechanical engineering from the Politecnico di Torino (Technical University of Turin).

Italian native speaker, fluent in English, knowledge of German.

Work experience

Stefano joined the firm in 2005. His experience comprises periods of on-site collaboration with leading American firms specialized in industrial property and an internship period at the Board of Appeal of the European Patent Office.

Over the course of his career Stefano has assisted leading Italian and foreign companies. He has also carried out technical expertise on behalf of various Italian Courts as a Court-Appointed Technical Expert.

Professional activity

His activity comprises advising clients in matters of industrial property, with particular reference to the drafting, prosecution and protection of Italian, European and international patents.

He assists Italian and foreign clients in handling patent-related issues, in proceedings before national and international industrial property offices and in litigation activities.

He has also developed significant experience in the filing, prosecution and litigation of designs.
