Nemio Giuliano is an Italian and European trademark attorney admitted to practice before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office, the European Union Intellectual Property Office and the World Intellectual Property Organization.
He is also qualified to practice law.
Nemio holds a law degree from the University of Turin.

After graduating in law from the University of Turin in 2013, Nemio Giuliano began his career in the field of industrial property, collaborating with a law firm.
In 2016 he qualified to practice law and in the same year he began collaborating with the Firm: He qualified as a Trademark Attorney in 2019.
His practice focuses on advising clients in matters of industrial property, with particular reference to trademark, design and domain name law, copyright, and unfair competition law, but also legal consultancy, out-of-court assistance and contract practice in the matters regulated by the Industrial Property Code.
He has gained significant experience in the management of opposition, revocation and invalidity proceedings before the UIBM and the EUIPO, with particular reference to proceedings before the Board of Appeal against measures issued by the UIBM.
He assists Italian and foreign clients in the management of trademark and design portfolios, as well as in the management of administrative litigation in trademark matters before national and international industrial property offices.
He is a member of MARQUES – The European Association of Trade Mark Owners.
Nemio Giuliano has extensive experience in all the main areas of intellectual property, with particular reference to consultancy and litigation in matters of trademarks, designs, domain names, copyright and unfair competition.
