Loredana obtained the Executive Master at the Specialization School for Corporate Lawyers (AIGI), is a Mediator in Civil and Commercial Disputes registered in the list of civil and commercial mediators before the Ministry of Justice and is also an Expert in the Reassignment Procedures for .it domain names.

Loredana graduated in law from the University of Turin and obtained admission to practice as a lawyer.

Work experience

After serving as Honorary Deputy Prosecutor at the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Turin, she began her career in the field of Intellectual Property at the Legal Department of a leading textile group. Her professional activity continued at an intellectual property firm in the Turin area until 2017, when she joined Buzzi, Notaro & Antonielli d’Oulx.

Professional activity

She has been working in the field of Industrial and Intellectual Property for over 25 years, dealing mainly with trademarks, domain names, designs and models and copyright.

She assists Italian and foreign clients by defining filing strategies for trademark applications in Italy and abroad, handling the related prosecution, as well as the related protection and defense.

Her professional activity also includes conducting trademark clearance and prior art searches, negotiation and drafting out-of-court coexistence, license, assignment and research agreements, as well as managing jointly owned intellectual property rights.

She provides specialized advice and opinions in matters of trademarks, domain names, designs and models, copyright and unfair competition, also assisting clients in administrative disputes before the UIBM and the EUIPO, specifically in opposition disputes, revocation and invalidity actions, as well as in appeals before the Board of Appeal.

She is a speaker and lecturer on various topics of industrial/intellectual property.

She is a member of LES and INTA.
