Davide Resmini assists Italian and foreign clients, operating in various fields, in defining strategies for the protection of their Intellectual Property rights, in particular in matters of trademarks, designs, domain names, copyright and before Customs.
His activity also comprises registrability, filing, prosecution, oppositions and the administrative and out-of-court litigation connected thereto before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (UIBM), the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) of Geneva and, through the collaboration with an established network of local associates, before foreign national Trademark Offices.
Davide is also a member of ECTA (European Communities Trade Mark Association) where he is a member of the Harmonization Committee, as well as being a member and contact person of the Networking Group of the Order of Industrial Property Attorneys.
