Alberto Ferrero is an Italian and European patent attorney admitted to practice before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office, the European Patent Office (EPO) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). He is also admitted to practice before the Unified Patent Court as a European Patent Litigator. Alberto obtained a dual M.Sc. degree in Nanotechnologies for ICTs from Politecnico di Torino (Technical University of Turin) and the Grenoble Institute of Technology, also carrying out study periods at the Polytechnic Institutes of Lausanne and Zurich.

After obtaining his M.Sc. degree in 2016, Alberto Ferrero had a brief experience at an engineering consulting company in the automotive sector, working on the development of human-machine interfaces for prototypes and display models. He joined the Firm in 2017, and today he assists leading Italian and foreign companies in the filing and prosecution of patent applications.
His activity comprises advising clients in matters of industrial property, with particular reference to the drafting and prosecution of Italian and European patent applications and in the foreign jurisdictions of primary interest, including the United States and China.
He assists Italian and foreign clients in handling patent-related issues and in proceedings before national and international industrial property offices.
