Eurochocolate 2026 Perugia

On the occasion of Eurochocolate 2026, on 18 November at 11:00 a.m., the Sala Vaccara of Palazzo dei Priori in Perugia will host the conference “Intellectual Property Protection in the Confectionery and Chocolate Sector – Trademark Protection Strategies for Rights Holders and Consumers”, organised by INDICAM in collaboration with Eurochocolate and the Umbria Regional Command of the Guardia di Finanza.

Ilaria Gallo, Trademark Attorney, will take part on behalf of Buzzi, Notaro & Antonielli d’Oulx as speaker and moderator.

The event will focus on the main issues relating to intellectual property protection in the confectionery and chocolate sector, a field where brand identity, innovation and the ability to stand out in the market are key competitive factors.

Through contributions from companies and industry professionals, the conference will examine real-life intellectual property disputes, illustrating the strategies and tools adopted to safeguard rights and counter imitation practices. A presentation will be delivered by the Guardia di finanza that will also provide an opportunity to learn more about the activities and actions undertaken by the Corps to protect consumers.
