Luciano Bosotti is an Italian and European patent attorney admitted to practice before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office, the European Patent Office and the European Union Intellectual Property Office.
He is also admitted to practice before the Unified Patent Court as a European Patent Litigator. Luciano graduated in electronic engineering from the Politecnico di Torino (Technical University of Turin).

After graduating in electronic engineering from the Politecnico di Torino (Technical University of Turin) in 1976, Luciano Bosotti began his activity in the field of industrial property, assisting major Italian and foreign companies over the course of his career.
He has also carried out technical expertise on behalf of various Italian Courts as a Court-Appointed Technical Expert.
Over the course of his professional experience, he held primary institutional positions, including President of the National Institute of Industrial Property Attorneys. He was also a member of the Standing Advisory Committee before the EPO (SACEPO) and of the Online Communications Committee (OCC).
His activity comprises advising clients in matters of industrial property, with particular reference to the drafting, prosecution and protection of Italian, European and international patents.
He assists Italian and foreign clients in handling patent-related issues, in litigation matters and in proceedings before national and international industrial property offices.
He is a member of AIPPI, FICPI and AICIPI.
He is also a speaker and lecturer on multiple topics relating to intellectual property.
