Giorgio Crovini is an Italian and European patent attorney admitted to practice before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office, the European Patent Office and the European Union Intellectual Property Office.
He is also a chartered trademark attorney before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office, and is admitted to practice before the Unified Patent Court as a European Patent Litigator.

Work experience

After graduating in electronic engineering from the Politecnico di Torino (Technical University of Turin) in 1991, Giorgio Crovini obtained a Ph.D. in Physics at the same university in 1995. He subsequently began his activity in the field of industrial property, assisting major Italian and foreign companies over the course of his career.

He has also carried out technical expertise work on behalf of various Italian Courts as a Court-Appointed Technical Expert.

Over the course of his professional experience, he also held, and currently holds, positions in the Study Groups of the National Institute of Industrial Property Attorneys.

Professional activity

His activity involves advising clients in matters of industrial property, with particular reference to the drafting, prosecution and protection of Italian, European and international patents.

He assists Italian and foreign clients in handling patent-related issues, in litigation activities and in proceedings before national and international industrial property offices.

He is also a speaker and lecturer on multiple topics relating to intellectual property.
