Franco Gallarotti is an Italian and European patent attorney admitted to practice before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office, the European Patent Office (EPO) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
He is also admitted to practice before the Unified Patent Court as a European Patent Litigator. Franco obtained a diploma from the School of Business Administration of the University of Turin.

He subsequently began in 1989 his career in the patent department of one of the leading European companies operating in the household appliance sector.
He has been in private practice since 1993, gaining extensive experience in the management and protection of patent rights in various technical fields.
His activity comprises advising clients in matters of industrial property, with particular reference to the drafting, prosecution and management of Italian, European and international patents, as well as the protection of designs and patent litigation.
He assists Italian and foreign clients in proceedings before national and international industrial property offices and in litigation activities, with particular experience in mechanical and electromechanical sectors.
Franco Gallarotti has significant experience in various fields of industrial property, with particular reference to technical and legal advice, management of patents and designs in complex technical fields.
