Gianluca Notaro is an Italian and European patent attorney admitted to practice before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office, the European Patent Office (EPO) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
He is also admitted to practice before the Unified Patent Court as a European Patent Litigator. Gianluca graduated in aerospace engineering from the Politecnico di Torino (Technical University of Turin).

Before completing his course of studies, he collaborated with a company in the motor vehicle components field.
After graduating, he gained four years of experience at an international automotive manufacturer, with which he also completed a training experience in the United States, being involved in particular in the performance development phases of new products.
He joined the Firm in 2015, and today he assists leading Italian and foreign companies in the filing and prosecution of patent applications.
His experience comprises a period of on-site collaboration with a prominent American firm specializing in intellectual property.
He has also gained experience in assisting innovative startups in the processes of enhancement of intellectual property.
His activity comprises advising clients in matters of industrial property, with particular reference to the drafting, prosecution and protection of Italian, European and international patents.
He assists Italian and foreign clients in handling patent-related issues, in proceedings before national and international industrial property offices and in litigation activities, both in Italy and abroad, collaborating closely with inventors, technical offices and R&D departments.
He also advises clients in matters of Italian, European Union and international designs and models.
