After graduating, she began her activity in the field of industrial property and has been part of the Firm since its foundation.

She is a speaker and lecturer on various industrial and intellectual property topics.

Professional activity

She has been working in the field of Industrial and Intellectual Property for over thirty years, dealing mainly with trademarks, domain names, designs and copyright.

She assists Italian and foreign clients by defining filing strategies for trademark applications in Italy and abroad, handling the related prosecution, as well as the related protection and defense.

Her activity further comprises carrying out trademark prior art searches, the negotiation and drafting of out-of-court coexistence, license and assignment agreements, etc…

She provides specialized advice and opinions in matters of trademarks, domain names, designs and models, copyright and infringement, also assisting clients in administrative litigation before the UIBM and EUIPO.
