Marcello Turtulici is an Italian and European patent attorney admitted to practice before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office, the European Patent Office (EPO).
Marcello obtained a degree in theoretical physics from the University of Pisa and a PhD in theoretical condensed matter physics from the École Polytechnique in Paris.

After the period dedicated to the PhD, focused on the study of the electronic and optical properties of transition metal oxides, Marcello joined the Firm in 2022, and today he assists Italian and foreign companies in the filing and prosecution of patent applications.
His activity comprises advising clients in matters of industrial property, and in particular the drafting and prosecution of Italian and European patent applications and in the foreign jurisdictions of primary interest, including the United States and China.
He assists Italian and foreign clients in the drafting of patent applications and in proceedings before national and international industrial property offices.
