Copyright

What it is

Copyright protects creative works, recognizing to the author and other possible rights holders specific rights over use and dissemination thereof. Although by law it is a right that is established with the creation of the work, and therefore a right that does not require constitutive acts or formalities, proper management of the information and circumstances relating to the creation of the work is of fundamental importance for companies, professionals, publishers, authors and operators in the creative sector.
